Questions

How long before I see results?

Tracking is live within 14 days. Most businesses have a clear picture of what's working after 6–8 weeks of ads, and we review it with you every month. We don't guarantee results, but we do guarantee the timelines.

Do I need a minimum ad budget?

Yes. Ads need at least R3,000 a month in ad spend to produce useful results, paid directly to Meta and Google and on top of our fee. If you're not there yet, we'll suggest once-off services like a Google Business Profile setup or a landing page instead.

What's the minimum contract?

Monthly services have a 3-month minimum. After that it's month-to-month, and you can cancel with 30 days' notice.

Who owns my ad accounts and data?

You do. Your ad accounts, website, domain and data stay in your name, and you keep them if you leave.

Do you work outside Gauteng?

Yes. We're based in Midrand and work remotely with businesses across South Africa.
