Onboarding form
Choose the services you bought and you'll only see the questions that apply. It takes about 20 minutes.
Step 3
Give us access
Each guide takes a few minutes. Use the ID or email address from your welcome email wherever a step asks for ours.
We'll never ask for your passwords. Every platform lets you invite us instead, and you can remove our access any time.

Domain and DNS settings
- Sign in where your domain is registered, for example Afrihost, Domains.co.za or GoDaddy.
- Look for a Users, Delegate access or Account access option and invite the email address from your welcome email.
- If your provider has no invite option, tell us. We'll send you the exact DNS records to add and stay on a screen-share while you do it.

Data sources: accounting, online store, CRM
- Most tools, such as Xero, Sage, Shopify and HubSpot, let you invite a user. Invite the email address from your welcome email with read-only or reporting access.
- For spreadsheets, share the file with the same email address as a viewer.
- If a tool needs an API key, don't email it or put it in a form. We'll send you a secure link to share it.

Step 4
Your kickoff call
Once your form is in and we have access, we email you to arrange a 30-minute kickoff call at a time that suits you.
On the call we confirm your goals, your targets and the day you'll get your report each month. Then we start building, and you're live within 14 days.
Stuck on a step?
Email us and we'll arrange a quick screen-share to do it together.
